Terms and Agreements:
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Visiblelite (Be More Visible Inc.). Please ensure that you familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions. Any transactions that take place through this website will be governed by the Terms and Conditions stated below.
Deliverables
The exact deliverables provided in your plan are outlined in the chart here.
Setup
All plans will commence with a one-time setup fee of $1.00. The set-up fee will be processed upon project inception. All plans begin with current SEO analysis and submission of a keyword strategy for your approval. The remaining setup, including, but not limited to, content strategy, on-page optimization, and web analytics will be completed within 2 weeks of keyword strategy approval unless otherwise negotiated.
Monthly Plans
Initial payment of $1 will be billed upon agreement, and subsequent monthly payments will begin at the three month mark.
By agreeing you are consenting to monthly billing for the agreed upon payment. No new agreement will be presented after the three month trial period.
Trial Period
The three month trial period will commence immediately upon agreement.
Cancelation
In the event that you are displeased with our services and wish to terminate the monthly contract, you are free to cancel at anytime.
Please allow 5 business days for Visible to properly remove your contract from our billing system. No refunds can be issued for unused days in the current month.
It is your sole responsibility to cancel the contract. Should you desire to do so, please email customerservice@visiblelite.com or call us at 312.376.0217.
SEO Conditions
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that Visible neither owns nor governs the actions of any search engine. You also acknowledge that due to fluctuations in the relative competitiveness of some search terms, recurring changes in the search engine algorithms and other competitive factors, it is impossible to guarantee number one rankings or consistent top ten rankings, or any other specific rankings for any particular search term.
Visiblelite retains the right to refuse service to any client.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and we will not share any information submitted by you to any third party without your consent. All proprietary information pertaining to your business that is not publicly available will be held in strict confidence in perpetuity.
